For Walter and his wife, Joan, getting out and about is part of what makes a good day.

A trip to the park. Stop at the shopping centre. Time spent exploring somewhere new. Walter’s mobility scooter helps make those moments possible but getting it in and out of their car wasn’t always easy.

The Hitch Lift changed that.

Now, Joan can quickly unload Walter’s scooter when they arrive and store it again when they’re ready to head home. It’s given them an easier way to get where they want to go, without making the scooter a barrier to getting out.
