CanAssist's Co-op program

Since 2011, 124+ students from engineering, business, computer science, communications, and public administration have joined CanAssist through our Co-op and work placement program, supported by the Co-op Endowment Fund.

Together, they’ve contributed 160,000+ hours, advanced community initiatives, and helped create over 2,700 assistive technologies for people with disabilities.

With over 100 applications each year, our Co-op program continues to be a top choice for students eager to make a real impact.
