I am a Pathways Job Coach and I graduated UVIC with a Masters in Educational Psychology- (with a focus on special education).
I am a believer that ‘we all belong’ and should be treated as such. This mindset allows my passion for empowering others, particularly persons with a disability to grow day by day. I strongly advocate for and promote inclusion and diversity through my work as an educator, school counselor, educational assistant and an inclusive support worker. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed supporting students in a variety of classrooms including students with Autism, ADHD and needing learning assistance.
I have been a volunteer with the Red Cross Society for more than two decades in various capacities and countries.
In my spare time, I enjoy doing volunteer work, family time, being out in nature, singing and practicing my faith.
I dare myself to make a meaningful impact wherever I am situated. I am driven by my own personal dare to keep learning and to nurture my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
