I am an educator with a deep passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Psychology with a focus on Special Education, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Social Work, and a Diploma in Teacher Education specializing in Guidance Counseling. My academic background and diverse experience have equipped me to work effectively in inclusive educational settings, where I focus on supporting students with disabilities in realizing their strengths and achieving success.

As a Job Coach with CanAssist, I am guided by my professional belief that "we all belong." I am dedicated to fostering inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and provide equitable opportunities for all learners.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various roles, including as a High School Life Skills teacher, Career Counsellor, and Educational Assistant. These experiences have honed my ability to work with a broad spectrum of students, providing tailored support to help them overcome obstacles and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I take great pride in being an advocate for inclusion, and I find joy in seeing individuals rise above societal limits, their individual challenges and soar.

In addition to my professional work, I have been a dedicated volunteer with the Red Cross Society for over 20 years, contributing in a variety of roles across different countries. This experience has deepened my commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others, wherever I am.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family, exploring nature, singing, and practicing my faith.
