Papa works as a Policy and Research Analyst for the Closing the Employment Gap for People with Disabilities: Innovative Assistive Technology Solutions, a project aimed at enhancing workplace inclusion through custom assistive technologies. Working to support the disabled community is important to Papa because he recognizes how anyone, at any point, can become injured, ill, or in need of additional support.

Prior to moving to Victoria, Papa was based in Cambridge, MA working to support analyses of the economic impacts of regulations, economic analyses of climate change impacts, and support environmental litigation efforts.

Papa received his MA in Economics from the University of Victoria, and holds a BA in Economics and Math from Franklin and Marshall University in Lancaster, PA.

In his spare time, Papa enjoys watching soccer, going to trivia with friends, and reading.

Papa acknowledges, and respects the ancestral, traditional and unceded territories of the Lkwungen people (Songhees and Esquimalt) where he has had the privilege to live and work for the past three years.
