Natasha is a Youth Employment Readiness Specialist with the ESYD team who cares deeply about making education and employment pathways more accessible—particularly for communities that have faced systemic barriers. She’s passionate about helping people build confidence and find real opportunities that match their goals and strengths.

Her experience includes working at the University of Victoria with both CanAssist and Executive Programs at the Gustavson School of Business. Much of her work has focused on Indigenous education, community-based programming, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and set up for success.

Natasha holds a Master of Arts degree in Indigenous History from UVic and has completed a Project Management certificate. She values trust, collaboration, and leading in a way that brings out the best in each team member.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her with her rescue dog, Jasper, or heading to the mountains to ski or snowboard.

She is grateful to live and work on the lands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Xʷsepsəm/Esquimalt) Peoples, and honours the historical and ongoing relationships that the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples have with this territory. Natasha is continually learning what it means to be a responsible and respectful settler on these stolen lands we call Canada. She’s committed to showing up with humility, staying curious, and doing the work of reconciliation.
