Morgan is an Electrical Engineering Co-op student, currently completing her Bachelors of Electrical Engineering at the University of Victoria, having previously graduated from Camosun College’s Electronics Technologist (and Bridge) program(s) as an Electrical Technologist. Her previous experience building prototype solutions for small businesses has given her a passion for troubleshooting and finding the best solution for the problem at hand, loving a good challenge. She is excited to take what she has learned and use it to help individuals and make the world a little more accessible.

Outside of work and school Morgan enjoys hiking with her dogs, spending time with family, reading and baking chocolate chip cookies.

“I’m excited to be joining the CanAssist team this summer! I’m looking forward to applying the skills I have gained through my education and experience to make the world a little more accessible to those who need it.”

I live, work and attend school on the land of the lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Esquimalt Nations) and the W̱SÁNEĆ (Tsartlip, Pauquachin, Tsawout, Tseycum and Malahat Nations) Peoples. I acknowledge that I am an uninvited guest on this land and am grateful for the opportunity to reside here, striving to achieve reconciliation and the dismantling of the colonization mindset.
