Lisa joined CanAssist in July 2024 as the Executive Coordinator. In her role, she provides support to the Executive Director and the executive team as well as human resources, office administration, and office reception support.
Lisa is passionate about inclusion and thrives when connecting with people. As a mom of a teenager with a disability, she was drawn to CanAssist and its vitally important mission because she understands how positively life-changing it can be when people that face barriers are provided tools that address unmet needs and increase independence, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Lisa loves being in nature, usually with her dog and family, enjoying the stunning Pacific Northwest Coast and cooking delicious, healthy food!
