I am privileged and honored to live and work on the lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən (the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations) and W̱SÁNEĆ (the Tsartlip, Pauquachin, Tsawout, Tseycum, and Malahat Nations) Peoples. As an uninvited guest on these lands, I acknowledge and respect the history and culture of those this land truly belongs to. I hope to do my part in the dismantling of colonialism and building a better more equitable future.
